    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Processing and production times vary depending on the product, but most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method, typically taking 5-10 business days within the U.S.
  • (Not Applicable to All Orders) Why am I receiving two separate tracking numbers?
    At Fur Parent Chic, we take pride in ensuring that every item you order is tailored to perfection and shipped as quickly as possible. If you've received two separate tracking numbers, it means that your order is being fulfilled from different warehouse locations. We have multiple fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery times, and sometimes this means part of your order might ship separately. Rest assured, each tracking number provided will help you monitor every item until it reaches you.
  • Do you currently ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship in the United States. We plan to expand operations internationally.
  • Can I customize my order?
    A few of our products are customizable. You can personalize items with your pet’s name, photo, or even choose from a variety of design elements to make the product uniquely yours. Items with a photo uploader and/or a text box are easily customizable.
  • What kind of products do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of pet-themed products, including customizable apparel, accessories, home décor, and pet gear. Our collection is designed for both pet parents and their furry companions, ensuring there’s something for everyone!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Klarna. Your payment information is securely processed to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • What is the return and exchange policy?
    Since many of our items are customized, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will make it right!
  • How do I place a custom order?
    Placing a custom order is easy! Currently, a few items offer customization and will indicate it with the word, "custom". Simply select the "custom" product you want to personalize, follow the customization options (such as adding text or uploading a photo), and preview your design before adding it to the cart.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible as production will have already started.
